Dr. Erica Dekle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and CBR's lead pelvic health clinician. A Mobile native, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Birmingham-Southern College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samford University — a background that shapes the way she approaches care: attentive to the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Erica holds advanced training in pelvic floor physical therapy and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PPCES), meaning she is specifically trained to support the body through the demands of pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. She is also a Certified Dry Needling Provider with specialized pelvic floor dry needling training, a Low Pressure Fitness Certified Trainer, and a Certified Pilates Instructor through The Pilates Center — an integrated skill set that allows her to address pelvic health from multiple therapeutic angles.
Erica's approach is grounded in education, respect, and individualized care. She understands that pelvic health concerns are often private, sometimes dismissed, and frequently misunderstood — and her goal is to make sure every patient feels informed, heard, and in control of their own care from the very first visit.
